Assalamu Alaikum steemians friends. How are you all? I hope that all is well with the infinite mercy of the Almighty God, the Most Merciful. I too am well in the infinite mercy of Almighty Allah. First of all I would like to thank steam-bangladesh for arranging this beautiful topic. Today I present to you a new food recipe. Today I will show you how to cook egg masala kaliya.
Ingredients needed to cook egg masala kaliya
- 5 eggs
- 100 grams of soybean oil
- Garlic paste
- Ginger paste
- Green pepper
- Dried chilli powder
- Turmeric powder
- Coriander powder
First, break each egg one by one and put it in a bowl. After each egg is broken and placed in a bowl, mix the egg yolks and cells well with a spoon.
After mixing the egg yolks and cells well, a little oil should be put in a pot and after adding oil, the mixed eggs should be poured in that pot to boil the eggs. The only reason to put oil in the pot in which the eggs will be boiled is to prevent the eggs from sticking to the pot after the eggs are cooked.
Then close the mouth of the egg pot and heat the egg pot with water in a pan. If you heat the fire for 20/25 minutes, the egg pot kept in the karai will be heated in the karai water and the eggs will be boiled.
If the egg pot is steamed for 20/25 minutes, then the egg pot should be removed from the pan. When you lift the lid of the egg pot, you can see that the egg mixer is cooked well. Then pour the boiled eggs from the egg pot onto a plate.
Then the boiled egg should be cut into pieces with a knife. Then lightly fry the boiled eggs in hot oil. Boiled eggs will not be fried for a long time because if fried for a long time, boiled eggs will become hard.
Boiled eggs should be lightly fried and kept in a container. Then fry the onion pieces in oil. Fry the onion pieces till they turn brown.
When the onion pieces turn brown, add ginger paste, garlic paste, chilli paste, turmeric paste, coriander powder, cardamom, cumin and turmeric leaves. The spices should be fried well in oil for some time so that the spices are well mixed.
After frying the spices in oil and mixing well, leave the boiled egg pieces in it. Then the eggs should be stirred well so that the spices can get into the eggs well.
Once the spices are well mixed with the eggs, add water and stir for 20 minutes. After burning for 20 minutes, delicious egg masala kalia will be made.
