Winter Special: Make mustard greens at home

Often people like to eat greens in winter season and that too mustard greens… You can also try making this greens. It is also very easy to make. So let's know the method of making mustard greens.



  • Spinach (250 grams)

  • 4 onions (finely chopped)

  • 5 Tomatoes (cut into thick pieces)

  • Ginger pieces

  • 5 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)

  • 1 green chili

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chili powder (1/2 tsp)

  • Maize flour (3 tsp)


First of all, cut the mustard twigs thickly, twigs, leaves and spinach.

Put chopped greens, tomatoes, ginger, green chillies, salt and a little water in the cooker and cook on medium flame for 3 whistles.

When the cooker cools down automatically, put the boiled greens in the grinder and grind it coarsely.

Now heat ghee in a pan.

Add chopped garlic and onion to this hot ghee and cook until golden brown.

When golden brown add powdered greens and mix well.

Now add red chili powder and corn flour and let it cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Keep stirring it for a while so that there are no lumps in it.

Yes, delicious mustard greens are ready.
